Dubai Taxi Company (DTC) has declared a substantial increase in its fleet size, incorporating 94 new taxis into its network. This move reinforces DTC’s standing as Dubai’s leading transport operator, elevating its market share to 46%, resulting in a total fleet of 5,660 vehicles.
CEO Mansoor Rahma Al Falasi anticipates that this addition will stimulate the company’s operational and investment growth, leading to increased revenues and a strengthened position in the Dubai Financial Market in 2024.
Al Falasi underscored that the expansion aligns with Dubai’s transportation development objectives and enhances its capacity to deliver high-quality services, addressing the growing demand for daily trips and contributing to the overall enhancement of Dubai’s transport infrastructure.

Dubai Taxi has observed a remarkable 100% growth in its airport taxi segment, introducing 350 environmentally friendly vehicles.
Doubling the airport taxi fleet from 350 to 700 is a strategic move aimed at boosting trips by 30%, reducing waiting times, and offering faster services to passengers, according to Gulf Business.
This expansion is in harmony with Dubai’s 2040 Urban Master Plan, promoting sustainable and diverse transportation options for all residents.
