According to data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the Dubai real estate market witnessed 434 sales transactions worth AED 1.83B, along with 86 mortgage deals amounting to AED 426.46M and 139 gift deals worth AED 123.6M on Tuesday.
Of the 434 sales transactions recorded by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), 395 were villas and apartments with a total value of AED 944.5M, while the remaining 37 transactions were for land plots valued at AED 889.15M, according to WAM.
Dubai’s Land Department (DLD) revealed that on Tuesday, 86 mortgage deals were executed, comprising of 20 plots of land valued at AED 266.4M and 66 villas and apartments worth AED 160.06M. As a result, the total value of real estate transactions on that day surpassed AED 2.3B
