DFM recorded two significant direct transactions of 525 million shares on Amanat Holdings PJSC, amounting to AED 493.5M today.
On March 7th, DFM implemented a new market procedure for Direct Deal Transactions (DDT), according to WAM.
DDTs are block trades executed outside the Order Book and are categorized as off-market transactions.
