According to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 532 sales transactions worth AED 1.39B on Monday, along with 101 mortgage deals for AED 710.22M and 12 gift deals totaling AED 363.74M.
The sales included 45 land plots at AED 413.3M and 487 homes and apartments worth AED 980.41M. The mortgages covered 26 land plots for AED 52.11M and 75 villas and flats totaling AED 658.11M, according to WAM raising the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED 2.4B.
