Shapoorji Pallonji International has been given a contract of 799 million UAE dirhams ($218 million) by Majid Al Futtaim-Communities, a division of Majid Al Futtaim Properties with headquarters in Dubai, to build Aura and Aura Gardens as part of its Tilal Al Ghaf mixed-use development.
The contract’s scope includes building 808 villas in the two neighbourhoods. The residential market in Dubai lacks customer-centric residences created to provide an upgraded living experience. Both neighborhoods feature custom villas that may be designed to fit a variety of lifestyle preferences. Customers can choose between layouts designed for elevated parties or as independent guest accommodations when purchasing the revolutionary penthouse apartment known as The Sky Suite.
Tilal Al Ghaf is built in keeping with Majid Al Futtaim – Communities’ dedication to sustainable design and living, and features over three million square metres of walkable neighbourhoods connected by a network of paths, cycling and jogging trails, extensive green spaces, and lush landscaping. Tilal Al Ghaf, Dubai’s first BREEAM interim-certified project, abides by stringent sustainability criteria to provide an unrivaled quality of life and reduce any potential environmental harm. All residences at Tilal Al Ghaf are constructed in accordance with Majid Al Futtaim-Communities’ sustainability aims, and they are all equipped with a variety of smart technology that is meant to increase energy efficiency and decrease waste.
