Nurturing Young Financial Talents: Aligning with Government’s Vision
The “Future of Finance” initiative is aimed at nurturing young talents within the financial sector, aligning with the government’s commitment to attract and empower outstanding individuals.
Currently, the Ministry of Finance employs 71 young talents under the age of 35, constituting 31 percent of its workforce. Notably, 82 percent of these young employees are female, with 14 percent serving in supervisory roles and 54 percent as specialists.
This campaign commenced with a video featuring various young Ministry of Finance employees from diverse sectors and departments, according to WAM.
They shared insights into their responsibilities, focusing on financial empowerment, resource sustainability, innovative practices, and the enhancement of competitiveness, flexibility, proactiveness, and readiness for the future.
Throughout the year, the campaign will persist in collaboration with national entities and institutions to spotlight the country’s young talents in the financial sector.
The Ministry aims to forge partnerships with multiple entities, creating platforms for the exchange of knowledge and skills and the launch of innovative initiatives.
