UAE SWAT Challenge 2023 came to an exciting conclusion on the fifth and final day with the Obstacle Course Event. The participants showed great endurance and skill in the challenge, which was thrilling for both spectators and participants alike.
Dubai Police announced the top three winning teams at UAE SWAT Challenge 2023, with the UZBEKISTANI SWAT Team securing first place, completing the course in record time with flawless teamwork and determination.
AKHMAT came in second place, with Kyrgyzstani SWAT Team in third place. The overall winners of the competition were the Russian AKHMAT SWAT Team, followed by Dubai Police SWAT Team B and the Russian SOBR SWAT Team, according to WAM.
Dubai Police thanked all the teams and sponsors, partners, and volunteers for making the event a success and looked forward to next year’s challenge, which promised to be even better.
The challenge assessed the tactical acumen, mental focus, and physical endurance of the teams through five tests, including obstacle courses, tactical, assault, officer rescues, and tower events, promoting the exchange of expertise and the development of SWAT capabilities. The event saw the participation of 55 teams from all over the world.
