The UAE has approved a federal budget of USD 245 billion for 2025–2028, with a strong emphasis on artificial intelligence, education, and healthcare. This four-year plan underscores the nation’s commitment to innovation and human capital development, aligning with the broader objectives of the “We the UAE 2031” vision.
Announced by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the budget aims to elevate national capabilities in emerging technologies while maintaining world-class standards in public services. The 2025 budget alone accounts for USD 64.8 billion and will direct major funding towards social development, digital transformation, and sustainability.
Education and healthcare remain key priorities, reflecting the leadership’s continued investment in people-centric policies. The focus on AI and digital transformation highlights the UAE’s strategy to lead in future-ready technologies, positioning itself as a global innovation hub.
