The fourth edition of Make it in the Emirates, the UAE’s leading industrial event, concluded at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre after four days of activity. Held under the theme “Advanced Industries. Accelerated”, the platform was hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT), organised by Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company Group, and supported by key partners including the Ministry of Culture, the Abu Dhabi Investment Office, and ADNOC.
This year’s edition attracted broad participation from domestic and international stakeholders and featured pioneering showcases by leading industrial and technology companies. Occupying 68,000 square metres, it was the most extensive version to date, drawing over 122,000 attendees — more than twenty times the turnout of the previous edition.
Dr Sultan Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, highlighted the transformative progress of the UAE’s industrial sector, crediting the leadership’s vision and support. He emphasised the role of manufacturing in driving economic diversification, creating jobs, strengthening infrastructure, and enhancing GDP. Dr Al Jaber also noted that industrial investment has a multiplier effect, supporting growth across related sectors and reinforcing the UAE’s ambition to become a global hub for advanced industry.
He stated that the world is entering a new era of industrialisation — driven by innovation, technology, and adaptability. The UAE, he said, has become a model for converting strategic plans into tangible outcomes, which aligns with the goals of We the UAE 2031 and UAE Centennial 2071.
He concluded by celebrating the edition’s outcomes, including record attendance, numerous agreements, announced investments, and new initiatives — all of which reflect growing confidence in the country’s industrial capabilities and investment environment.
