GCC Central Banks: The Central Bank of Saudi Arabia, the Central Bank of Bahrain, and the Qatar Central Bank, have chosen to increase interest rates by 25 basis points, aligning their decision with that of the US Federal Reserve.
The US Federal Reserve has increased its benchmark overnight interest rate to a range of 5.00 percent to 5.25 percent, marking the tenth consecutive hike since March 2022.
