Dubai’s Nakheel has partnered with six renowned architecture firms to design 10 exclusive beachfront villas on Palm Jebel Ali, enhancing the emirate’s luxury property portfolio.
The Beach Collection villas, spanning 7,300 to 8,500 square feet, will feature five- and six-bedroom designs. Contributors include US-based WATG, South Africa’s SAOTA, and regional leaders NAGA Architects and LW Design Group.
“These exceptional villas epitomise luxury, refined design, and a harmonious integration with nature,” said Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate. The project is part of Palm Jebel Ali, stretching 13.4 kilometres across seven islands.
This development adds over 90 kilometres of beachfront and aligns with Dubai’s 2040 Urban Master Plan and Economic Agenda D33. Each firm brings unique design elements, such as WATG’s minimal, elegant, and dynamic villas and SAOTA’s ocean and desert-inspired designs.
Nakheel, under Dubai Holding Real Estate, manages iconic developments like Palm Jumeirah, accommodating nearly 740,000 residents across 15,000 hectares. Palm Jebel Ali is envisioned as a sustainable, mixed-use community with smart city technologies, symbolising Dubai’s westward growth.
This project strengthens Dubai’s position as a hub for luxury waterfront real estate, catering to high-end buyers and investors.
