Dubai Land Department data showed that Dubai saw 3,164 transactions in real estate and properties during the week ending March 24, amounting to AED 8.6B.
Of the total, 218 plots were sold for AED 1.9B, while AED 4.73B worth of 2,177 apartments and villas were sold.
The most significant transactions were two plots of land in Palm Jumeirah that sold for AED 550M and AED 74M. Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions with 94 sales worth AED 326.67M, followed by Al Hebiah Fourth and Jabal Ali First.
The highest amount of mortgaged properties for the week was AED 1.54B, with a land in Palm Jumeirah topping the list at AED 250M. The top three transfers for apartments and villas were in Mankhool, Palm Jumeirah, and Marsa Dubai, with sales of AED 61M, AED 54M, and AED 52M, respectively, according to Khaleej Times.
349 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth AED 522M, the DLD said.
