The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) and Dubai Land Department (DLD) have formalized a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) to advance collaboration on workforce competency assessments and human resource expertise sharing. The agreement aims to strengthen the skills and capabilities of government employees, enhancing their ability to meet future challenges and improve job performance.
The MoC was signed by H.E. Abdulla Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of DGHR, and H.E. Marwan Ahmed Bin Ghalita, Director General of DLD. This strategic partnership aligns with DGHR’s efforts to boost Dubai’s human resources sector by implementing innovative solutions and fostering a competitive workforce.
H.E. Abdulla Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi emphasized the significance of this collaboration, noting: “By signing this strategic MoC with the Dubai Land Department, we aim to strengthen our workforce by enhancing the skills and knowledge of all employees.
This collaboration focuses on improving behavioral competencies through educational programs and innovative training pathways, making employees future-ready and enhancing their professional capabilities.”
H.E. Marwan Ahmed Bin Ghalita echoed the sentiment, highlighting the importance of governmental partnerships in promoting sustainable development. He said: “This MoC reinforces our partnership with DGHR, enhancing the capabilities of our workforce to meet future demands. Our focus is on empowering employees with essential skills, aligning with Dubai’s strategic vision.”
The MoC outlines the creation of an integrated framework for innovative training programs, tailored to meet the unique needs of each department. This partnership also includes HR studies aimed at fostering innovation and promoting knowledge excellence across the workforce. DGHR will provide assessment tools, competency templates, and bilingual reports to ensure effective employee evaluation and development.
