After its landmark international launches beneath the Pyramids of Giza and along Egypt’s North Coast in El-Alamein, leading UAE developer Binghatti Holding has extended its global footprint to Istanbul, Turkey, with the unveiling of its AED2 billion ($544 million) Dubai project, Binghatti Skyblade.
Set on Burj Khalifa Boulevard, one of Downtown Dubai’s most prestigious addresses, Binghatti Skyblade is envisioned as a bold architectural icon. The development comprises 621 residences, including Royal Suites, premium studios with private jacuzzis, and exclusive two- and three-bedroom Royal units complete with private pools.
Crowning the tower is an Infinity Sky Pool, offering sweeping views of the Burj Khalifa and the wider Downtown Dubai skyline.
The project’s international launch was marked by a gala dinner at the five-star Rixos Tersane Istanbul, overlooking the Golden Horn and Bosphorus. The event brought together more than 2,000 high-profile guests, including investors, business leaders, dignitaries, and cultural figures.
Hollywood star Terry Crews hosted the evening, adding a touch of glamour and energy. Guests enjoyed a refined gala dinner accompanied by a live orchestra, creating an atmosphere of sophistication that mirrored the spirit of Binghatti Skyblade.
Recognising the strong interest from Turkish investors, Binghatti also announced a five-day sales showcase to follow the international launch. Running until 11 September at Swissotel The Bosphorus, the showcase offers tailored consultations, personalised investment advice, and exclusive opportunities for attendees.
