The Dubai real estate market registered 530 sales transactions totalling AED 2.35B, along with 135 mortgage deals amounting to AED 564.27M and 55 gift deals worth AED 180.68M on Tuesday, as per data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
These sales comprised 494 villas and apartments valued at AED 1.15B, along with 36 land plots worth AED 1.2B.
The mortgage transactions involved 114 villas and apartments valued at AED 284.27M and 21 land plots with a total worth of AED 280M. The cumulative real estate transactions for the day exceeded AED 3B, according to WAM.
