His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, conducted a series of telephone conversations with his foreign counterparts to review the latest regional developments in the aftermath of the recent Iranian missile strikes.
The discussions involved foreign ministers from Iraq, Slovenia, Belgium, the United Kingdom, India, Australia, Singapore, Poland, Estonia, Bulgaria, Bangladesh, Canada, Brazil and Serbia.
The exchanges centred on the wider implications of the escalation for regional security, global peace, and the stability of international economic and energy markets.
During the calls, the ministers firmly denounced the attacks and reiterated the right of the affected nations to undertake necessary actions to safeguard their sovereignty and national security.
They further underscored the need for coordinated regional and international engagement to contain tensions, avert further escalation, and promote dialogue alongside diplomatic pathways.
