Tulåh, a groundbreaking wellness resort, will make its debut in the UAE this December. This $100 million initiative promises to merge the latest in modern medicine with traditional Indian healthcare and luxury hospitality, aiming to harmonize the mind, body, and soul.
Tulåh, heralded as the world’s inaugural Integrated Clinical Wellness Resort, represents a groundbreaking project by Tulåh Clinical Wellness, which is a new arm of DIFC-based KEF Holdings. Furthermore, this innovative initiative marks a significant advancement in wellness and healthcare. Moreover, the resort will feature an innovative approach to health by seamlessly combining evidence-based traditional practices with contemporary medical methods.
In partnership with Auroville, Arya Vaidya Sala, Cleveland Clinic, and other esteemed entities, Tulåh will offer a distinctive mix of medical and wellness services.
The resort will focus on disease prevention and reversal, emotional well-being, and intellectual enhancement, all set within a nature-rich environment on a green campus surrounded by waterways.

Kottikollon revealed plans for ambitious expansion, targeting markets in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, India, Russia, the UK, Germany, Switzerland, France, and the US. Specifically, key initiatives include Tulåh’s Digital app for a seamless wellness journey. Additionally, Urban Tulåh will bring the resort experience to global cities, while ‘Tulåh at Home’ will offer personalized wellness within the comfort of one’s home.
Tulåh will hold a grand opening after its soft launch, showcasing its unique offerings and extensive research. The global medical tourism market is projected to grow significantly. Tulåh aims to capture the rising interest in integrated wellness approaches.
