Virgin Mobile users across the UAE are reporting network issues, with many unable to make or receive calls or access the mobile application on Monday morning, July 15.
In response to an inquiry, Virgin Mobile acknowledged the issue, stating, “We are aware of a temporary disruption in our network. We’re working hard to get this resolved.”
The disruptions have prompted numerous UAE residents to take to social media platform X to express their concerns. Many reported that the app, internet, and call network were down, causing significant interruptions to their daily routines and work. One user tweeted, “Virgin mobile and internet down!” tagging the company in their post.
Another user shared their frustration, noting they were unable to contact their “team at site, nor customers.”
Several residents expressed their dissatisfaction with the lack of “team support” and non-responsive “customer service” while the app, mobile network, and data services remained down.
