Japan’s Agency for Natural Resources and Energy announced that oil imports from the UAE in June totalled 25.84 million barrels, accounting for 41.3 percent of the country’s total imports.
In June, Japan imported around 62.54 million barrels of oil. Of this amount, 96.4 percent, or 60.26 million barrels, was sourced from four other Arab nations besides the UAE: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, and Oman.
