This event presents a significant opportunity for both the national commercials and the Turkish lingerie and nightwear sector to reach each other’s market through a wider audience in the UAE market and strengthen commercial relationships. Türkiye’s export rate of this sector is quite high. Türkiye ranks as in first 10 exporters of the world for the lingerie and nightwear sector.
Bringing together 10 Turkish business representatives from the lingerie and nightwear sector under the leadership of Istanbul Apparel Exporter’s Association (İHKİB) benefit both Turkish and UAE commerce communities mutually. İHKİB is a trade association that supports and represents the export of the ready-to-wear and apparel sector in Türkiye. İHKİB aims to bring together leading manufacturers and exporters of ready-to-wear and apparel in Türkiye to enhance the sector’s competitiveness in the international arena. The Turkish Republic Ministry of Trade has also supported the delegation. The program for the delegation includes business meetings, sectoral presentations, product introductions, and networking events. This event marks an important step towards promoting the Turkish lingerie and nightwear sector internationally and expanding its market share. The delegation pledges to enhance the visibility and accessibility of Turkish products in the Dubai market. Many anticipate that this sectoral delegation will further strengthen the commercial relations between Türkiye and the UAE.
