Titan Watches, a subsidiary of the Tata Group, plans to significantly expand its presence in the Middle East by opening 35 new outlets across the GCC within the next year. This expansion will include the introduction of new product lines such as fragrances and Fastrack sunglasses, alongside their popular watch collections.
The expansion kicks off with the opening of two exclusive outlets in Kuwait and one in the UAE in August.
Titan aims to cater to the diverse needs of the region, with plans to open a new store in Dubai’s Mall of the Emirates next month. Aditya Kejriwal, Marketing Head of Titan International Business, declared that the company aims to enhance its presence and bring its exceptional timepieces to a wider audience across the UAE and the GCC, poised for further growth with ambitious expansion plans.
Gaurav Midha, Business Head, International Business – Watches, Titan Company Ltd, emphasized the strategic importance of this move: “Strategic innovation and targeted expansion are pivotal to Titan Watches’ growth in the GCC market. Our focused plan is designed to enhance our market presence and better serve the evolving demands of our customers.”
Titan’s expansion strategy aligns with its commitment to meet the evolving tastes of discerning watch enthusiasts in the region. The brand’s presence in all seven Emirates of the UAE underscores its dedication to accessibility and excellence in the horology market.
The new stores will feature customized brand kiosks with regionally-inspired collections and multilingual staff to meet the expectations of modern consumers across the GCC. “By doing so, we uphold our reputation as a leading lifestyle brand,” Midha added.
In addition, Titan will launch several limited edition models in 2024, enhancing its legacy in the global watchmaking arena. The company’s Edge UltraSlim and Edge Squircle Matte Black models will compete in the 2024 Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève, highlighting Titan’s innovation in high-end horology.
