The housing grant exchange service available on the “Emirati” platform within the “Dubai Now” app has facilitated the exchange of 1,463 land grants for UAE citizens since its launch until October 25th of this year. This digital service is a collaborative effort involving the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, Dubai Municipality, and the Dubai Land Department.
