Operations at two industrial facilities in Abu Dhabi will be temporarily suspended to safeguard public health and the environment, the Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi announced on X on Friday. One of the facilities will also face a financial penalty due to non-compliance with regulations related to risks to human health and the environment.
