Starting from May 26, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) declared that vehicle fines can no longer be settled at customer happiness centres or service provider centres.
According to the authority, customers can now conveniently settle fines digitally through a few straightforward steps. This option is accessible via the RTA website or smart application.
Previously, the RTA introduced a revamped edition of its official app, presenting users with a simplified and more accessible means to avail its services.
Now, residents facing fines can effortlessly make payments via the updated version of the app.
Furthermore, the app’s update includes the addition of Salik online payments, voucher top-up, and Nol top-up, enhancing transaction convenience.
The enhanced version of the RTA application is now downloadable on both iOS and Android platforms.
