Saudi Arabian real estate developer ROSHN Group has revealed the initiation of a fresh stage in the SEDRA housing project. ROSHN Group has declared the extension of its well-received “SEDRA” initiative, introducing 4,860 new residential units.
The additional area will encompass over 1.9 million square metres, rolled out progressively, with the initial sales tranche presenting 1,254 units for potential buyers.

SEDRA 4 comprises 4,860 new residences in its latest phase, allocating 30% of the phase’s footprint to public spaces.
The recent expansion introduces the “Kingdom’s largest Sports Dome” and incorporates features such as green areas, mosques, and local retail hubs, according to Arabian Business.
Positioned north of SEDRA 3 and accessible via Airport Road, SEDRA 4 links inhabitants to ROSHN Front amenities, encompassing shopping, education, healthcare, and entertainment, making it a component of Saudi Arabia’s dynamic North Riyadh vicinity, close to universities, the airport, and a train station.
