Parkin, Dubai’s government-owned parking operator, has entered into a five-year contract to oversee close to 3,600 parking spaces across Damac Properties developments in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The agreement supports Parkin’s broader push to grow its presence within the developer-managed parking segment, the company disclosed in a filing to the Dubai Financial Market.
Under the arrangement, Parkin will manage close to 500 on-street parking bays in Damac Hills 1, alongside nearly 2,700 parking spaces spread across 44 residential and commercial towers located in Downtown, DIFC, Dubai Marina and Business Bay in Dubai, as well as Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi.
The company will deliver a mix of visitor and permit-based parking solutions catering to both short- and long-term users across Damac’s residential buildings, commercial properties and community retail centres. Pricing details for the parking services were not disclosed.
All locations will be incorporated into the Parkin mobile application, allowing users to access and manage parking services through a single, integrated digital platform.
The integration process is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2026, according to the statement.
