- A logistics park near Zayed International Airport, valued at AED5bn ($1.4bn), offering Grade A industrial space with strategic access to highways.
- The acquisition of sustainable income-generating residential and commercial properties in Masdar City, worth AED3bn ($817m), contributing to the city’s eco-friendly urban community.
