The Middle East Public Relations Association (MEPRA) hosted the 9th edition of the UAE Leadership Majlis, bringing together over 100 industry leaders. The event, held at New York University Abu Dhabi, focused on “The Potential and Dangers of Artificial Intelligence (AI).” During the event, MEPRA introduced the MEPRA AI Guidelines, created by MEPRA’s AI Committee. These guidelines provide a framework for communications professionals in the Middle East to use AI ethically and legally.
Exploring AI in the Communications Industry
The Leadership Majlis examined the various aspects of AI, featuring experts from different sectors who shared their insights. This platform allowed for the discussion of opportunities and solutions for integrating AI into daily communications practices.
