Marjan, the developer of freehold properties in Ras Al Khaimah, has revealed plans for a new landmark supported by Hilton on Al Marjan Island, a prominent tourism, business, and investment destination in the Northern Emirate.
M Hospitality will construct the project, featuring a 5-star hotel and branded residences, on the upscale Al Marjan Island.
This marks M Hospitality’s third Hilton property on Al Marjan Island, following successful projects such as the world’s largest Hampton by Hilton, according to WAM.
The upcoming development includes 410 keys, comprising 350 hotel rooms and 60 exclusive residences. It will feature the region’s highest 360-degree sky pool, an executive lounge, a convention centre, three FB outlets, and recreational facilities.
JT+Partners, an award-winning architectural firm, designed this Hilton-operated hotel, backed by a half-million-dirham investment, with anticipation to elevate hospitality standards in Ras Al Khaimah.
