The Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development has officially launched its cutting-edge AI platform during GITEX Global 2024, taking place at the Dubai World Trade Centre from October 14 to 18. As part of the Abu Dhabi Government Pavilion, the Khalifa Fund joins over 30 government entities showcasing over 100 forward-thinking projects under the theme “Towards an AI-Powered Government.”
This new AI platform, now integrated into Khalifa Fund’s website, is designed to improve operational efficiency and align with the Abu Dhabi government’s goal of promoting AI-driven innovation. The platform represents a significant step in advancing public services and addressing the changing needs of the community.
“We are honoured to launch the new AI platform during the prestigious technology exhibition, GITEX,” said Mouza Obaid Al Nasri, Acting CEO of Khalifa Fund. “This platform marks a transformative milestone in our digital transformation journey, demonstrating our commitment to fostering a culture of innovation. Through AI technologies, we empower the SME ecosystem to adopt sustainable practices, aligning with Abu Dhabi’s e-Government Strategy.”
Al Nasri further highlighted the platform’s role in supporting startups and SMEs: “The platform will inspire creativity and drive sustainable growth, contributing to the development of a smart and inclusive economy. By doing so, it strengthens Abu Dhabi’s position as a global hub for innovation.”
The AI platform is designed to streamline operational processes, boosting precision and speeding up administrative tasks.
It alleviates repetitive duties, allowing employees to focus on high-value projects, thus improving resource allocation and increasing productivity.
In addition to improving efficiency, the platform offers a variety of advanced digital tools, such as optimising marketing strategies, automating social media management, and enhancing legal document review. It also serves as a knowledge hub, providing data-driven recommendations for strategic planning and decision-making.
Moreover, the platform evaluates startups’ potential, offering insights that help guide funding decisions, and it manages partnerships by identifying opportunities for collaboration. Future phases of the platform will feature 24/7 multilingual support and include new capabilities for streamlining human resources processes, from onboarding to handling employee inquiries.
As the Khalifa Fund continues to innovate and embrace AI-driven solutions, this platform is expected to play a pivotal role in achieving the UAE’s national economic goals and promoting the growth of a sustainable, knowledge-based economy.
