Saudi International Maritime Forum

The Saudi International Maritime Forum (SIM), organized biennially by the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF), is a significant event in the global maritime calendar.  The second edition took place in Jeddah from November 15th to 17th, 2022, under the auspices of HRH Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Minister of Defense of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. GAMI proudly sponsored the 2022 edition and anticipates participating in the third edition, planned for Dammam in 2024.

Saudi International Maritime Forum gathers leading maritime entities from across the globe, showcasing impressive military, technical, and technological capabilities. The Forum is a platform for presenting pioneering systems, innovations, and maritime-specific research and development. It aims to spearhead discussions on crucial developments in the global maritime landscape, particularly those pertinent to regional and international maritime security.

The event attracts a diverse array of participants, including naval forces, defence manufacturers, technology innovators, and maritime industry leaders. These stakeholders converge to share insights, forge collaborations, and explore advancements that enhance maritime security and operational efficiency.
