Emirates plans to increase its operations in Vietnam by introducing a second daily flight connecting Dubai and Ho Chi Minh City, commencing on January 15, 2025.
Originally scheduled for February 1, 2025, the additional flight is strategically timed to coincide with the surge in demand during the Lunar New Year festival, which falls on January 29, 2025.
This new service underscores Emirates’ dedication to the Vietnamese market, responding to the growing interest in international travel to and from the country.
Emirates’ expansion will improve air connectivity for both Ho Chi Minh City and its neighbouring regional destinations, simplifying travel and creating new opportunities to enhance tourism and trade.
Passengers travelling to and from Ho Chi Minh City will have more options to connect to various popular destinations worldwide, such as Amsterdam, Barcelona, Frankfurt, London, Manchester, Moscow, Paris, New York City, Bogota, Mauritius, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Miami, Washington DC, Montreal, and Mexico.
The new flight, EK364, is set to depart from Dubai at 4am and arrive at Tan Son Nhat International Airport at 1.55pm local time, starting January 15, 2025. Its return counterpart, EK365, will depart from Ho Chi Minh City at 6.25pm, reaching Dubai International Airport at 10.55pm on the same day.
Operated by the modern and efficient Emirates Boeing 777-300ER, the second daily flight will offer a two-class configuration, featuring 42 seats in Business Class and 386 seats in Economy Class, with a curated range of in-flight amenities aimed at ensuring passengers’ maximum comfort throughout their journey.
