Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange Group announced a 99 per cent compliance rate for the disclosure of reviewed interim financial statements for Q1 2026 by companies listed on the exchange.
The financial disclosures were submitted within the regulatory deadline set for announcing quarterly results, requiring listed firms to report within 45 days following the close of the financial period.
All companies listed on the exchange published their Q1 2026 financial statements within the stipulated timeframe, except entities currently subject to trading suspension.
A comparison of Q1 2026 financial performance against the same period in 2025 showed a 17 per cent rise in profits among listed companies.
ADX stated that the ongoing cooperation between the exchange and listed firms continues to play a key role in enhancing transparency, boosting investor confidence, and supporting the strength and stability of Abu Dhabi’s capital markets.
