According to the Dubai Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw a total of 628 sales transactions on Thursday, valued at AED 1.78B. In addition, there were 87 mortgage deals worth AED 157.44M and 23 gift deals totaling AED 129.07M.
Among the sales transactions, 564 were for villas and apartments with a combined value of AED 1.29B, while the remaining 64 were for land plots worth AED 485.74M, according to WAM.
The mortgage deals comprised of 77 villas and apartments worth AED 116.79M and 10 land plots valued at AED 40.66M, bringing the total value of realty transactions on that day to over AED 2B.
