Dubai’s General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) has released the operating hours for visa services during the upcoming Eid Al Adha holidays. From June 15 to 18, certain GDRFA service centers will remain operational to cater to residence visa and entry permit needs, as announced on Friday.
Here are the operating hours detailed by GDRFA:
- The Customer Happiness Centre at Dubai International Airport, located in Terminal 3’s Arrivals Hall, will provide uninterrupted services 24/7.
- Al Aweer Customer Happiness Centre will be open daily from 6am to 10pm throughout the holiday period.
- For any inquiries regarding GDRFA transactions, customers can contact the Amer call centre at the toll-free number 8005111, which operates round the clock.
GDRFA encourages the public to utilize the Dubai Now application or visit its official website (http://www.gdrfad.gov.ae) for seamless completion of transactions.
These measures ensure that essential visa and residency services remain accessible to residents and visitors during the festive period.
