According to data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 396 sales transactions on Tuesday, which amounted to AED1.33B. Additionally, there were 66 mortgage deals worth AED 18.2M and 69 gift deals totaling AED 100.96M.
The sales consisted of 363 villas and apartments worth AED 932.73M, as well as 33 land plots valued at AED 402.2M. The mortgages included 63 villas and apartments worth AED 354.64M and 3 land plots worth AED 18.2M. Overall, the total value of real estate transactions on that day was over AED 1.8B.
