The Dubai real estate sector registered transactions amounting to AED 3.48B ($946M) on Tuesday, January 23, based on data from the Dubai Land Department.
In total, there were 510 sales transactions, valued at AED 1.36B ($370M).
Additionally, there were 210 mortgage deals, with a total worth of AED 1.95M ($531M), along with 30 gift deals, totaling AED 165.56M ($45.8M).
Within the sales category, 446 villas and apartments were included, with a combined value of AED 949.04M ($258M), and 64 land plots valued at AED 411.67M ($112.1M), according to Arabian Business.
In the mortgage segment, 188 villas and apartments were part of the transactions, with a total value of AED 1.71B ($465.6M), and 22 land plots valued at AED 236.22M ($70M).
