ONE Development, a prominent real estate developer in Dubai, has appointed AE7, an architectural, engineering, and construction firm, to oversee its latest mega-project. The $545 million (2 billion UAE dirhams) development, located in the City of Arabia, is set to be the UAE’s first AI-integrated residential community.
AE7, headquartered in Dubai, will lead the master planning and be responsible for multiple aspects of the project. This includes architecture, design research and application, AI innovation integration, mechanical and electrical engineering, interior design, landscape architecture, and overall project management. Built-in sustainability practices will also be a key focus for this groundbreaking project.
With six global offices and a vast portfolio, AE7 has designed and managed over $40 billion worth of projects in the last five years.
