Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 28 July 2024: The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has successfully concluded 647 amicable real estate settlements, amounting to more than AED 1.38 billion in the first half of 2024. Utilizing the Oqoodi Platform service, DLD achieved a 100% approval rate for settlement agreements, significantly streamlining the settlement process and enhancing investor satisfaction.
