Dubai Chambers has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Bank of China – Dubai Branch – to enhance collaboration and cooperation between the business communities in Dubai and China.
The agreement coincides with the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the UAE and China. Trade and investment between the two nations have been growing steadily, with Dubai becoming an increasingly attractive destination for Chinese businesses looking to expand regionally and globally.
This agreement establishes a framework for enhanced cooperation and aims to achieve shared goals through the exchange of knowledge and services. It also focuses on supporting investors, entrepreneurs, and businesses in both regions, promoting bilateral trade and investment growth, and strengthening economic relations.
The MoU precedes the Dubai Business Forum – China, organised by Dubai Chambers, set to take place in Beijing on August 21. The forum will highlight the diverse investment opportunities in Dubai for Chinese investors across various strategic sectors.
