Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd has confirmed the completion of its previously announced acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of Nordic Aviation Capital Designated Activity Company and its consolidated subsidiaries (“NAC” or “Nordic Aviation Capital”) from NAC Holdings Limited. The total enterprise value stands at approximately US$2 billion.
Following the acquisition, DAE now possesses a fleet of around 750 aircraft that are either owned, managed, or committed. Of these, approximately 650 are owned and managed aircraft currently leased to 161 airlines across 74 countries. Additionally, DAE holds commitments to acquire around 100 aircraft from Boeing, Airbus, ATR, and various trading partners.

This acquisition strengthens our status as a leading player in the global aircraft leasing market and enhances our ability to provide more cost-efficient solutions to both existing and potential clients. It also enables us to further develop our partnerships with original equipment manufacturers across a wider variety of aircraft models.”
