The Consulate General of India, Dubai is pleased to announce that the Passport Seva Programme (GPSP 2.0) will be rolled out for all passport services from 28 October 2025 onwards. All applicants are requested to use the new online portal for availing respective passport services from 28h October 2025 onward at the following link:

Steps to Apply
• Register by clicking on the “Register” link.
• Login with the registered Login ID and Password using the “Login” link.
• On the Applicant Home Page, click on respective option to generate a new application.
• After successful submission, take a printout of the online submitted form.
• Book an appointment through the link given below and visit respective center of BLS International along with the required supporting documents.

The Following Additional Features are Available to Applicants in PSP 2.0
• E-passports will be issued to applicants in the PSP 2.0 system. E-passports are embedded with a chip containing digitised data of the passport holders, which will enable smooth clearance at Immigration.
• Applicants will have option to upload his/her ICAO compliant photograph, signature and supported documents in the PSP portal. Applicants are encouraged to upload these documents in GPSP 2.0 which will reduce their waiting time at BLS Centres. Applicants are advised to go through the ICAO complaint photograph guidelines available on the website of Consulate General of India, Dubai (https://www.cgidubai.gov.in/content/ICAO-Photograph-guideline-for-e-Passport-1_2.pdf).
• In case of minor correction in passport applications, applicants are not required to retype applications at BLS centres. In the new system, service provider has option to correct the already filled in/submitted applications at their end, without any additional charge.
