Bahria Town plans to position an Eiffel Tower replica as the centerpiece of its new development. The company previously built a similar structure in its Karachi township, demonstrating its commitment to incorporating iconic designs into its projects.
A real estate broker who attended the project’s video presentation noted, “Bahria Town wants to introduce a standout feature beyond homes and green spaces. With such a vast area, there’s room to bring in unique elements like an Eiffel Tower.”
Previous Eiffel Tower Plans in Dubai
This is not the first attempt to build an Eiffel Tower replica in Dubai. In 2005-06, Falcon City of Wonders announced similar plans, but the project never materialized. Bahria Town now has the opportunity to bring this vision to life.
Dubai’s latest off-plan projects are moving beyond traditional layouts and payment plans. Developers are incorporating water bodies, wellness amenities, and architectural landmarks to attract buyers seeking more than just living spaces.
Blue Mosque and Project Timeline
In addition to the Tower, Bahria Town will recreate Istanbul’s Blue Mosque, originally built between 1609 and 1617. Market sources indicate that off-plan sales will launch in the coming weeks.
A real estate agent commented, “The Eiffel Tower and Blue Mosque will be the focal points of this development. The first phase will take about four years, with early releases offering prime views of these landmarks.”
