Leading Abu Dhabi developer Aldar has reported a complete sell-out of its flagship Yas Living project just days after its launch, generating more than AED1.3 billion ($354 million) in sales.
Situated on the northeast corner of Yas Island with views of the canal, Yas Living extends Aldar’s renowned ‘living collection’ to one of Abu Dhabi’s most vibrant lifestyle hubs.
The development features 678 apartments across three towers, offering units from studios to three-bedroom homes, each available in light and dark interior finishes, Aldar stated.
Each tower boasts exclusive amenities—a first for Yas Island—including adult and children’s pools, a cinema, zen garden, multi-purpose games room, kids’ play areas, and a fully equipped gym with a power room.
The project drew considerable attention from a varied audience, attracted by Yas Living’s striking urban design, comprehensive amenities, and prime location near Yas Mall, Yas Central Park, Warner Bros. World, Ferrari World, and Yas Marina Circuit.
Aldar noted that expatriates and international buyers accounted for 65% of sales, with strong interest from residents of the UAE, China, Jordan, India, and the UK.
Significantly, 65% of buyers were under 45, highlighting increasing demand among younger residents for contemporary, community-focused homes on Yas Island.
Moreover, 71% were first-time Aldar purchasers, underscoring the developer’s ability to attract a new customer base.
