Aldar Properties has announced plans for The Arthouse, a new residential project in the Saadiyat Cultural District of Abu Dhabi.
The development is inspired by private members’ clubs, with interiors designed by DiLeonardo.
The Arthouse will consist of three buildings featuring one-, two-, two-plus, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as two sky villas. Amenities will include a cinema, fitness facilities, a tennis court, and co-working spaces.
Situated close to cultural landmarks such as the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi and Louvre Abu Dhabi, the development will boast a rooftop setting with pools and gardens.
“Aldar describes The Arthouse as a “gallery for living”, tailored for creative endeavours and those with a keen appreciation for arts and culture,” the company stated on Friday.
The project aims to achieve sustainability certifications, including a 3 Pearl Estidama rating and a 2-star Fitwel rating.
Construction is set to begin in the first quarter of 2025. Sales will commence on 31 July and will be open to all nationalities.
