The real estate sector in Ajman witnessed strong growth in March, with transactions totalling AED 1.46B, as reported by WAM.
Official statistics show that real estate transactions in Ajman totalled 1,169 in March, representing a nearly 50 percent increase compared to the same period last year.
Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, estimated that total transaction volumes during this period were AED 1.03B.
The highest value sale was recorded in the Al Helio 1 area, amounting to AED 72M, highlighting the thriving nature of Ajman’s real estate sector.
Mortgage transactions also increased, with 168 recorded in March with a total value exceeding AED 280M.
The highest mortgage valued was in Al Rawda 1 area at AED 20.9M. Al Yasmeen was the most traded neighbourhood according to official data.
Al Muhairi attributed this success to Ajman’s competitive advantages and supportive investment climate. Ajman One was also the most traded major project in March, according to Arabian Business.
