BEEAH has revealed plans for a strategic expansion into real estate development, signalling a new era for the regional leader in sustainability and innovation.
This move builds upon the organisation’s existing experience in managing real estate ventures, alongside its established expertise in the environmental, energy, technology, and healthcare sectors.
The expansion aligns with BEEAH’s wider diversification strategy, which places sustainability at its heart while encouraging growth in high-impact, emerging industries. The organisation seeks to shape cities of the future and enhance societal well-being through this forward-looking initiative.
Next Chapter for BEEAH
Group CEO and Vice Chairman Khaled Al Huraimel commented: “Venturing into real estate is a natural progression for BEEAH, offering a fresh opportunity to address society’s most urgent challenges. Our ambition is to create outstanding urban spaces, setting new standards in the region and offering a world-class model for enhanced living in the cities of the future. These developments will reflect our principles of sustainability, innovation, and commitment to quality of life from inception, while drawing on our achievements across the environmental, technology, energy, and healthcare domains.”
The organisation brings over ten years of extensive and diversified experience in delivering real estate projects.
Among its notable developments is the BEEAH Headquarters, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, in addition to a portfolio of sustainable industrial ventures.
Its most recent undertaking is the upcoming Jawaher Boston Medical District, designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop (RPBW).
Earlier this year, BEEAH was named project manager and strategic lead for the forthcoming Sharjah Creative Quarter, designed by Taller de Arquitectura – Mauricio Rocha in collaboration with Daniel Rosselló.
In the coming weeks, BEEAH will launch a flagship development poised to reshape the region’s real estate landscape, with a strong focus on smart, sustainable design and a new benchmark for contemporary urban living.
