On Tuesday morning, a fire broke out on a small vacant lot near Damac Business Tower on Marasi Drive in Business Bay, sending black fumes into the air.
Fire Details and Response
According to a resident, the blaze erupted away from the building itself. The fire started at approximately 9:45 am, as confirmed by an eyewitness. The incident did not affect the flow of traffic since it occurred away from the main road.
Authorities promptly responded to the scene and extinguished the fire within about 15 minutes. The cause of the fire remains unknown at this time.
