UAE residents can anticipate fair to partly cloudy weather on Wednesday, with clouds expected to form over mountainous regions by the afternoon. Temperatures will fluctuate and particularly decrease along the coast.
The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has issued a fog alert for parts of Abu Dhabi, warning that visibility could drop below 1,000 meters, and potentially even lower in some internal areas until 8:30 a.m. Motorists are advised to exercise caution. Winds will generally be light to moderate, but may intensify over the sea, potentially causing blowing dust and sand and reducing visibility in open areas.
Maritime conditions will vary, with the Arabian Gulf experiencing moderate to rough seas, while the Oman Sea will be relatively calm.
July Weather Forecast
The NCM forecasts that July will bring rising temperatures due to the influence of thermal lows, notably India’s monsoon low pressure, which will elevate temperatures. The eastern mountains and southern parts of the UAE will see cloud formation due to the mountains and high temperatures, with some afternoon rain extending into interior regions.
Additionally, some areas will be impacted by the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) in the latter half of the month, bringing convective rainy clouds. Relative humidity is expected to increase on certain days in the early morning, possibly leading to mist or fog formation on a few days throughout the month.
