Aman Group has revealed Janu Dubai, a luxury hotel slated to open in 2027. The hospitality group recently disclosed plans for Aman Dubai, which will be situated in a prime location directly on Jumeirah Beach.

Janu Dubai, located in the business hub of Dubai International Financial District (DIFC), will be strategically placed near world-class retail, restaurants, entertainment venues, and close to Downtown Dubai.
It will offer views across the skyline towards the Burj Khalifa on one side and garden views on the other.
Additionally, the renowned Pritzker Prize-winning architecture firm, Herzog & de Meuron, has been appointed as the architect for the building.
Janu Dubai is owned by Alia Developments, an investment vehicle supported by local and international investors.
It will be managed by H&H Development, a leading real estate developer with a proven track record in the UAE.
H&H Development will act as both a shareholder of the project and the development manager.
Features of the Upcoming Project
Janu, derived from the Sanskrit word for “soul”, is a hotel brand created for a new era of restorative travel, enhancing lives through transformative experiences that celebrate genuine human interaction, playful expression, and social wellness.
Janu will feature approximately 150 hotel keys, as well as a limited number of Janu branded and fully serviced residences and a member’s club.
Moreover, the property will include several distinct dining and bar concepts, as well as dedicated event spaces and an extensive wellness and fitness centre.

The two properties are currently in the pre-development phase, and further information about the properties will be released in due course.
